This is a teaching mini course.
Connect with your partner on a whole different level through the fun and therapeutic art of relaxation massage. Learn to give a gentle massage that helps reduce pain and soothe tension caused by headaches and tight muscles. Your instructor, a professional massage therapist, will guide you while you take turns unwinding on a provided massage table. Caution: This class may not be suitable for those with serious systemic illnesses. Register with a partner.

Cupping 101

This is a mini teaching course.
Chinese Cupping is an ancient Chinese method of causing local congestion or increased circulation which helps improve health and wellness. A partial vacuum is created in cups placed on the skin by means of suction. This draws up the underlying skin, epidermis and connective tissues. When the cup is left in place for a few minutes, blood stasis is formed providing increased oxygen to tissues and localized healing takes place.
Price is $150.00 and includes a cupping kit, mini handbook and oils blended for you by you.
